At Sahara Seats, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product or encounter installation issues, you may return it within 7 business days from the delivery date. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive the return package at our warehouse.
Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe:Â Returns must be initiated within 7 business days of delivery.
Condition:
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items should show no visible signs of damage.
Non-Returnable Items
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized orders are subject to a 20% return charge.
Returns after 7 days (only for genuine reasons) will also incur a 20% charge.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Select the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
Complete the form by filling in the required details and submit.
Ship the product back via any courier service to the address provided below.
A refund will be initiated after we inspect the returned product.

International Returns and Refunds

Â While we maintain a No return policy for international orders due to high shipping costs, please contact our customer care team immediately if your items arrive damaged or if you encounter any installation issues. Returns will only be accepted for reasons related to damage or installation issues. Incorrect orders and changes in preference will not be considered. Please note that color differences may occur in product images on our website due to lighting effects.

While Sahara Seats provides four-layer packaging for all orders to minimize the risk of damage, we cannot accept responsibility for damages occurring during international shipping. We recommend inspecting packages upon arrival and documenting any damage with photographs. Customers are responsible for filing claims with the shipping carrier, and we are happy to assist with any necessary documentation
