Our expertise spans across crafting sleek Low Rider Seats for a lowered stance and ergonomically designed Touring Seats built for superior comfort on long-distance rides. Most of our seats are constructed on a durable fiberglass base plate, making them lightweight yet exceptionally strong for long-lasting performance.
Each seat is cushioned with premium high-density foam, engineered to provide enhanced comfort, better support, and even weight distribution—reducing fatigue on extended journeys. The foam density is carefully selected based on seat size: longer seats typically feature 80–90 density foam for sustained support during touring, while smaller seats use around 50 density foam to maintain the perfect balance of comfort and flexibility.
This thoughtful combination of materials and customization ensures that every Sahara Seat delivers the ideal blend of strength, comfort, and durability—whether for daily riding or long-distance touring.

Standard Foam
Standard foam is commonly used to provide an additional layer of softness and cushioning for your seat and seat cover. Typically, a thickness of 12mm and 28 density is used, enhancing overall comfort. Most of our seats and seat covers come pre-equipped with this foam for your convenience.
