• Base is made from fiberglass resins.
• It's not a waterproof seat
• A plastic layer is added between the seat cover and the main cushion. But a small layer of foam is added to the seat cover to get the popup on the diamond and Stripes design. That foam might hold the water for a while, but not in quantity.
