Once your order is placed, you will be assigned an order id at your email address and Mobile Number. You can check your order status by clicking on an icon at bottom left corner of the home page by using the order id.
There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card may have expired or reached its limit, either on our end or your bank's end, may have encountered a machine error. If you do have problems, you can contact customer service. Sometimes, our payment gateway may also be busy; however, you may try after some time.
You can cancel your order after you place your order. You will get the credit of your refund amount in 3 business days. Please contact our Customer Support team or email on infor@saharaseats.com for further assistance and keep your order number available. Please refer to the cancellation policy.
Yes, you can change the shipping address by contacting our customer support or you can email at info@saharaseats.com. However, you cannot change the shipping address once your order is dispatched.
If something went wrong and you received a damaged product, please contact our Customer support team within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please have your order number available. Kindly share the pictures of the damaged products with our Customer Support team (https://saharaseats.com/index.php?route=information/contact). We will process the replacement/refund for the same after investigating the pictures.
If you are not happy with the purchase, you can easily return the product within 7 days of receiving the product and get full credit in your account within 3-4 Business days. To be eligible for a return your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To return a product you will have to fill this return form https://saharaseats.com/return.html Once your return is received and inspected and if it's approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to your account within 3-4 business days.
