• Domestic Delivery: Under normal circumstances, all orders are delivered within 10-12 Business days of the order being placed.

• We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the products to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. 

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If you have not received your order for a long time, please contact our customer care, we'd be happy to assist you getting your order.

• International Delivery: We ship our international orders via DHL, Aramex, and FedEx. Please expect a delivery timeline of 10-15 Business days for the shipment to arrive at your place.

• The delivery time frame mentioned in the product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon availability, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues, and other circumstances that might affect delivery. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting Customer Support.

• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to a different address, you shall need to place multiple orders.
